The main point is simply start to build that relation with these people and or prospects.

3) You also need to now have something that will begin to sell them on your business. I know I said sell but truly you must do this. This can be accomplished by you personally or someone else who has more experience, but the customer is going to have to be “sold” if you’re going to make it.

4) When it is all said and done you must if you are doing a Home business which most home businesses are MLM and or Network marketing you need to create a system for them to become successful with you as well.

The things mentioned above are an absolute must for any business and or Network Marketing opportunity, whether it be based out of the home or based out of some office building. For most people the first things I find is that people would say something like this.  You have to take a look at my this new business I found it is awesome, cures every illness will solve all your money problems.

Now just for a second think about what would happen or I would imagine if you have already done this what is going or has happened.  If you call and or already called your MLM prospect in this fashion he/she would have put on their running shoes and you probably wouldn’t hear from them again or maybe you haven’t heard from them if you have experienced this before.

So what’s the secret?  Well it is the SYSTEM and I will tell you this; your aim if you want to at least get the prospect to take a look at your opportunity is to build a relation before puking up all over your MLM prospect and become a mentor on a mission.

You must first realize people don’t get started with companies they get started with people they know and trust.  Relationship is the key because if that mlm prospect doesn’t trust or like you they will never join you in business.?

Here’s a shortlist of techniques you should observe before even thinking “puking” on your potential MLM business partner.

1. You want to be approachable and real. You will be a direct reflection of the company you represent.

2. Forget the script or at least be able to go away from it. Why? Because people will know the difference between a genuine, from the heart spiel as opposed to a written presentation read word for word.

3. You need to be coaching and giving your potential prospect value from the start. Yes, from the moment the introductions are over. The term over-deliver should be ingrained in your mind. Start training your prospect with helpful tips and information. Point them in the right direction. Always give them direction and keep them in motion forward.

You lead of like this get a little small talk out of the way and then come right out and say hey ____  I wanted to find out if you keep your options open for extra streams of income.   (Wait for answer)  Yes:  Great well I was wondering I just got started with something new and after a lot of research I finding it to be very lucrative opportunity would you take a few minutes of your time to take a look as I know you want to get some extra money coming in as you mentioned before.  Then tie them into a webinar, call whatever your opportunity has that will explain everything to them.

Now one thing that is important this is just a bit of what you might want to do above all make sure you have some sort of system in place that will allow you to build relations with your prospects and gain their trust as you will find your team closings will explode by doing this.  Make sure to always keep you relations building giving something of value to each and everyone of your prospects.

Specifically I'm speaking of what is your WHY? I want you think about that for a moment as this is key to your success in any home business and or online business you plan to venture into.  I'm going to stress this technique and hope you find it valuable in your business and or life. In the world today as I mentioned previously we put a lot of emphasis on HOW things are done.

You might be out putting together a plan of action and your spouse, friends, family might say well how to you plan to get that done.  Have you ever had a situation where someone asked your opinion about something and then they ask you after your present it to them how to you plan on doing this. The HOW is often so predominant that the WHY is sometimes completely forgotten, as if the WHY is of less importance. Nothing could be further from the truth. WHY you want something is infinitely more important than HOW you think you're going to achieve it. If you're reading this article, chances are you are a MLM Business Owner and Entrepreneur and there is a reason WHY? But do you know the reason WHY?? Or maybe you are not even involved yet with MLM business opportunity and are simply looking but haven't made a decision do you know WHY? If for some reason this is unclear to you then it is time you found out.

 If you are not achieving the results you would like to be achieving in your MLM Business and or current life, chances are very good that this is why. Stay with me now. This is the time where you need to dig deep inside to find this out for sure. To figure out what your WHY is may be just a simple as identifying what it is that you are looking for or searching for specifically.  That should be simple right? Wrong… If I asked you to write down 10 items that you would want minimum I bet you will find that it turns out to be a bit more difficult then you think.  Now this is the case for most people are you one of them. Now I'm talking about being specific not just saying I want to make a lot of money because that is just a vehicle to get your WHY.  I want specifics like I want to quit my job on this specific day, I want a specific make and model of car, color, interior.  I want to put my kids through the best schools. Here's the interesting part… Kids on the other hand have no problem asking for what they want. They'll come up with 10 items and more in no time, listing things you didn't even know exist. They don't worry about what others may think of it. All they know is that they want it. You see, kids have not yet been conditioned into thinking that they can't have certain things. They just assume they can have anything they want, right? And so can you. You just may not realize it yet. Here's a very effective exercise for you that will really bring to light exactly what it is that you want in life so you can pin point your WHY. Figure out what it is that you DON'T want first and what you do want will become crystal clear. This is a technique called "clarity through contrast" and it basically states that when you observe what it is that you don't want in life it then it delivers clarity which makes it clear what you do want. Easy enough right? Here comes the hard part… Now make a list of the things you DON'T want in life. It will only take you a few minutes and it's actually a pretty fun exercise because when you actually come to terms with what you DON'T want it becomes clear what you DO want.

The peace of mind you will experience by being clear is just, well very gratifying. After you've identified what it is you want, than you get to your all important WHY. So why would you want all those things? Again, kids have the upper hand here. They'll be quick to point out why they want it all: mostly the fun they will have and the popularity it will give them. Ask yourself why do you want these things and as I ask that questions I bet your searching for some answers right now as you read this article. Why would you want quit your job and own your own MLM?, Why would you want a bigger house?

  Think really hard if you had no money issues and you could do anything what would that be.  You could go anywhere in the world where would you travel?  You could buy any car you wanted what and how many would you get?  Whatever it is, it's critical that you know. Exactly HOW you plan to achieve your success is far less important, especially early on. Too much focus on the HOW early in the process can have a devastating effect. It could stop you dead in your tracks. I call it "Analysis Road Block" If your current financial situation is temporarily down then you are actually probably thinking that financial independence is pretty far fetched that reaching it appears impossible journey.  You will probably sabotage yourself, before you even start because you feel it is just something you can't envision or see.  As much as that may seem true now, it doesn't have to become your reality. Don't sabotage yourself before you even start. However, in order to get there you will probably have to overcome some serious hurdles. And for that to happen, you need a WHY strong enough to get up and take the necessary action and or risk. That WHY needs to be strong enough to pull you through the tough times that you may be experiencing now. What sets the 3% from the 97%  is their WHY. That's what keeps them in the game.

Their WHY is so strong that whatever gets in their way, they will find a way to deal with conquer and produce results. They don't have all the answers, but what they do have is an inner conviction that they can and will find the answers. …And they are crystal clear about what they want. Pinpointing your WHY is one of the most powerful ways to improve your chances of success with your ACN business and or network marketing business. So make sure that you know what your WHY is.  Make it so strong that achieving it becomes an absolute must for you and the HOW will absolutely reveal itself to you over time. Trust me.
