Best MLM Company – How To Pick The Best MLM Companies

Once you’ve made the decision to join an MLM business, you’ve got to make sure, first of all, that Multi Level Marketing is your thing, and secondly, that you choose the best MLM company.

If you are the relationship-building kind of person, and one who would freely give up the security of an 8 hour/day job and of a constant income, only to be able to establish your own schedule and income (with the right efforts and skills, of course), then an MLM opportunity would probably suit you well.

The best MLM company? In my opinion, there is no such thing. But there is such thing as a company that would help you make the best of your efforts, and this is the kind of company you should be searching for. There are quite a few of them, so if anybody gives you the “MY company is the only one” speech, don’t let yourself lured into it.

There are things your success depends on that are only related to the company you choose. Let’s have a quick look over these and over the questions you should ask yourself before joining any MLM company.

First of all, the product: is there demand for that product? Could it have millions of potential buyers? Does it offer value for that price? Is it overpriced? (People wouldn’t buy expensive cosmetic products in times of crisis). Is it consumable? (This means repeated orders from customers). Most of all it must have a monthly auto-ship program to make it work all network marketing companies that are real and legit will have some sort of monthly product ship and or membership program.

I would name the compensation plan secondly, though some people may even look at it in the first place when considering an MLM business. Can you understand it? What are the conditions for you to get paid? Is it worth it for you? (Remember that it takes about the same effort to advertise a $10 product as it does a $500 product). Do you have retail commissions? Does it include residual income? Do you have commissions for sponsoring new members? What about the override income on your team’s sales? If you hate risks, then you might prefer the Get-Paid-Today model (direct pay at the moment of sale).

Then, and only then, make sure you consider the company itself: The company should have good leadership at the top running it with MLM success experience in the past. The product should be something that is unique and even better zero competition. It is also important if it is not unique it has to stand above the rest. I also believe that if you are getting involved with a me too product one that is not unique then you should consider to only get involved if it has at least 3 years in the market? Then, it should have shown some growth already; go ask good old Google, for example – what do they know about it?

A good retention rate (over 50 %) is something to consider, and even a low startup cost is good to have, but most important of all, you need to investigate your future support system. Without it, you’ll be making no money, no matter how good the company, the product and the compensation plan are. Does your upline in the company support you, do they answer to your questions promptly and effectively? Can they teach you internet network marketing skills? Can they help you build your own website and, most importantly, drive traffic to it? Can they show you how to use online social networks to promote your products? Talking to your family and friends isn’t going to be enough to support your business long-term, you need the power of the internet to reach people all over the country and world in order to build a solid, ongoing team. A good internet marketing strategy can give you the power to reach a 3 or 4 figure income within months. If you haven’t found an experienced leader, you’d better look for one, as no matter the MLM company you choose, the training you have and the system you use are essential. And these depend on you, not on your company.

MLM Success can be achieved through your hard work and time you allot to your business. It is easy only if you are doing the right steps towards it. Yes, there are steps to follow. And below is the continuation of the steps I had mentioned in Part 1 of this article.

Step five – Build a list of personal leads – Make a list of contacts or persons who could eventually be potential leads. Listing their names will give you enough time to study their personalities or characters for you to know the strategic approach in meeting or contacting them. The easiest way to find prospects is more often your family members, relatives, neighbors, colleagues, and friends. This way you'll be saving time thinking more of what to say for you know them already personally, and you know when and where to find them. This experience of talking to members of the family is like your initial practice being a product marketer therefore from time to time asses the development you acquire if you have to polish the approach you use or have to compose yourself and train harder in meeting prospects.

Step Six – Provide a marketing script – This is one good technique which an MLM member should have. The script is a guide where it would save you from forgetting important details about a service or a product one you face your customers. Time is very important to people, and you only have couple of seconds to tell them what they need to know. Most people don't like long talks, you cannot get away from some impressions of " you need to get to the point" So as not to spoil your chance, talk to them about the product in concrete and precise manner.

Step Seven – Prepare a presentation that converts prospects into MLM customers. Once you have a prospect that wants more information about your MLM product, you want to have someplace to send them to get that information. Some sort of funnel when working online is best. Using Websites, email ads, or specific office or destination of the company you can provide them all the necessary things they want to know about the company and the product it offers. Crafting a presentation can send your prospect the right message and make them want to purchase the product from you. This step is the most critical not to give to much but be precise to attract the right person to your business.

Step Eight – Follow Up With Your Leads – All the steps above are providing the basis for your final marketing step: following up with your leads. Now you are at a place where you can apply all the skills of personal communication and one-on-one marketing that you are learning in your company training. Your follow-up process includes prospecting, presentation of your offer and closing. You can do this very effectively over the phone, with proven scripts, conference line presentations and possibly a video presentation that they can view and call you back after they watch it.
