With all the marketing systems currently available on the internet, the task of finding one that best fits your needs is almost impossible to accomplish. Financial Destinations Inc. (later FDI International) is a privately held company, founded in 2003 and headquartered in Windham, New Hampshire. It was founded by William Andreoli, now CEO and President of the company.
Known in its first years as a financial education company, FDI had the stated mission to “Stamp Out Financial Illiteracy Across the Country”. It was one of the companies that used an MLM business model to offer financial education and training. This training included issues such as fiscal responsibility, real estate, stock market speculation, cashflow management – all of these were meant to educate FDI members on their way to financial freedom.
Naturally, there was an income opportunity attached as well, where independent FDI reps could sell FDI’s products and services and generate a residual income for themselves, as well as educate and lead their own sales team or organization.

Other products include affordable smart phones for their customers, that are exclusive to the company (mobile), Multi-line voice phones (fixed) with global connectivity, VideoPhones with connection to big-screen TV’s or computer monitors and free international calls between FDI Video Phones. Their future plans include support for calling while travelling via airplane. With these products they hope to gain a market unparalleled before. They also aim to have no taxes on the phone bills and services, no credit checks and no tying contracts for their services.
As for the FDI International compensation plan, it resembles in some points the initial FDI plan, but seems to be greatly improved. They are boasting now multiple income streams: apart from the already known Fast Start and Double Fast Start Bonuses, a 50% Matching Fast Start Bonus, Advancement Bonuses, 4 levels of Matching Residual Income and that is not all.
FDI International is indeed full of promises. Let’s see if they can live up to them. As with any new business (even if the company is not new), you run certain risks, which is up to you if you want to assume. One certain thing is, however, that such an MLM business cannot be conducted in the old school fashion. You’ll have to promote the opportunity online, by taking advantage of the power of the internet to expand your team, and in order to do this, you have to get good online marketing tools and strategies. These are not easy to acquire, but not really difficult either, if you find a skilled marketing mentor who is willing to guide you. And if you do acquire these online network marketing skills, you can use them for the future in any other MLM business that may peak your interest.

As we already know, an MLM business simply will not survive without leads, without people who prospect the business and are probably going to make it their own and grow it, so that your team and business will grow too. Once you have taken your business online, it’s all about traffic – visitors to your business opportunity.
If your online business simply isn’t showing results, you should seriously consider that you are doing something wrong. You might not have a good system in place. Or it might be that you don’t have one at all – in this case, there’s your problem. You might be targeting the wrong people – opportunity seekers, when you should really be reaching out to people who are already have an MLM business or are very serious about building one.
But how can you differentiate between these categories of people? You can’t talk to each and every one of them, to see what they’re made of! This is what a sales funnel is for. Its main disadvantages would be that your so-called “warm market” is limited, that you can talk to a limited number of people at a time and that you’ll only be making money at the end of the funnel. Secondly, there’s the reverse funnel system, which online network marketers use; they drive traffic to a System and then the System instructs their people and closes the “sale”. And, which is even more, you’ll be making money during the funnel processes, and even if people don’t actually get to join your business. How is that possible? Well, they pay money to apply to your team and get all the information.
The advantages of such a system are obvious: you can create leverage to large numbers, there’s no personal selling, and you make money while generating leads. …Disadvantages? …The fact that you will have to learn about online marketing, IF you can call that a disadvantage.An example of such a targeted funnel system would comprise the following stages: 1- Offer something that is valuable for your target market. 2- Set up an opt-in form, to get the person’s details. 3- Set up auto-responders. 4- Provide more free information through auto-responders. 5- Introduce the product that has helped you grow your business, with demonstration and personal example. 6- Repeat the 2 steps above to introduce any other tools and strategies that have helped you grow your business. 7-Once credibility and trust are establishes, introduce your prospect(s) to your primary MLM opportunity. People will follow, as they have seen you have the knowledge necessary for them to succeed.
Recruiting MLM representatives is all about setting in place good targeted funnel systems. These should be built so as to attract people already involved with network marketing. All of us who have ever been into an MLM business know that retaining MLM reps into the business can be as challenging as recruiting. However, many people think that if the business is good, you should have no problem retaining your reps. False.

There are people who are in Numis Network just to collect the asset. As long as their monthly auto-ship of coins is delivered, their expectations are met. They won’t leave the business, because this is what they want from it.
So, it is a golden rule that you must not set false expectations: for example, you can’t tell people to join Numis because they’ll make thousands of dollars within the next 3 months just by sitting back and relaxing. First of all, anyone with some common sense won’t believe a word, and secondly, you’ll be setting wrong expectations and, as soon as they see what you promised is not going to happen, they’ll quit.
As for the people who would like to build their business, you need to support them all the way through the process of getting to know how Numis Network works, and again, just be fair in presenting all the information, do not let yourself carried away by too much enthusiasm and create in them expectations that are too high. As soon as they see they can’t fulfill them, you risk losing those Numis reps.
What you can do to help them succeed in their Numis business is first of all, continuously motivate them. Make them see the reasons why they can and should succeed rather than keep on focusing on why they are not so successful.
Also, retention of your Numis Network reps depends very much on if and how much you are able to get your downline to duplicate your results. Duplication means that whatever it is that you are doing to make your Numis business grow, they should be able to do it as well. So you need to explain to them very clearly and concisely what steps they need to take.
Do not allow newer Numis reps to get discouraged by the fact that they can’t explain the business to other people from the very beginning. They have your web resources, until they build their own, there are webinars and there are live meetings they can attend; they can always have people invited to see, read or listen to a variety of information.
And finally, do not try to push your Numis reps, to impose on them to do certain things – to attend meetings, for example, if they don’t want to. Try to motivate them but keep in mind that not all of them have the mindset for success, not all of them are made for an MLM business. Do not waste your time and energy on people who don’t have the determination to make it in the Numis Network business, as you’ll miss out the people who can succeed, and would, if you gave them some attention.
