With all the marketing systems currently available on the internet, the task of finding one that best fits your needs is almost impossible to accomplish. Especially as there are a few of them that are marketed so extensively and have so many reviews of all sorts, that you don’t know what to believe. Carbon Copy Pro is one of them.

Carbon Copy Pro was developed by Jay Kubassek in collaboration with Aaron Parkinson, to promote the Wealth Masters International business. This verifies with Carbon Copy Pro, which was launched in mid-October 2007. As shown by web information companies (alexa.com), its advertising pages presented a good growth pattern in terms of traffic in the first trimester of 2008, after which they took a significant drop, fluctuating after mid-year only to drop again even more towards the end of the year and never regain the traffic they had in the beginning of 2008.

Financial Destinations Inc. (later FDI International) is a privately held company, founded in 2003 and headquartered in Windham, New Hampshire. It was founded by William Andreoli, now CEO and President of the company.

Known in its first years as a financial education company, FDI had the stated mission to “Stamp Out Financial Illiteracy Across the Country”. It was one of the companies that used an MLM business model to offer financial education and training. This training included issues such as fiscal responsibility, real estate, stock market speculation, cashflow management – all of these were meant to educate FDI members on their way to financial freedom.

Naturally, there was an income opportunity attached as well, where independent FDI reps could sell FDI’s products and services and generate a residual income for themselves, as well as educate and lead their own sales team or organization.

The FDI compensation model was based on 3 streams of income: 1 – fast start bonuses, designed to reward FDI reps for personal sales activity, which would double with the enrollment of 3 new reps in any given calendar month; 2 – leadership bonuses, which were based on the growth of the organization and got bigger when another leadership level was reached; 3- residual income, a monthly commission on each member of the team.

Their plan is to help their customers save 50% or more on their phone bills. Having the global experience of GIConnect, FDI International is planning to launch in 60 countries at the same time. Their main product seems to be the FDIVoice (hands free and service), which allows you to convert voice messages to text messages, so you can avoid texting while driving, to make calls or send e-mails using voice commands, or have your e-mail read to you via a voice application. Other products include affordable smart phones for their customers, that are exclusive to the company (mobile), Multi-line voice phones (fixed) with global connectivity, VideoPhones with connection to big-screen TV’s or computer monitors and free international calls between FDI Video Phones. Their future plans include support for calling while travelling via airplane. With these products they hope to gain a market unparalleled before. They also aim to have no taxes on the phone bills and services, no credit checks and no tying contracts for their services.

As for the FDI International compensation plan, it resembles in some points the initial FDI plan, but seems to be greatly improved. They are boasting now multiple income streams: apart from the already known Fast Start and Double Fast Start Bonuses, a 50% Matching Fast Start Bonus, Advancement Bonuses, 4 levels of Matching Residual Income and that is not all.

FDI International is indeed full of promises. Let’s see if they can live up to them. As with any new business (even if the company is not new), you run certain risks, which is up to you if you want to assume. One certain thing is, however, that such an MLM business cannot be conducted in the old school fashion. You’ll have to promote the opportunity online, by taking advantage of the power of the internet to expand your team, and in order to do this, you have to get good online marketing tools and strategies. These are not easy to acquire, but not really difficult either, if you find a skilled marketing mentor who is willing to guide you. And if you do acquire these online network marketing skills, you can use them for the future in any other MLM business that may peak your interest.

The most common problem online MLM businesses have to face is related to traffic. As we already know, an MLM business simply will not survive without leads, without people who prospect the business and are probably going to make it their own and grow it, so that your team and business will grow too. Once you have taken your business online, it’s all about traffic – visitors to your business opportunity.

All of us who have ever been into an MLM business know that retaining MLM reps into the business can be as challenging as recruiting. However, many people think that if the business is good, you should have no problem retaining your reps. False.

There are people who are in Numis Network just to collect the asset. As long as their monthly auto-ship of coins is delivered, their expectations are met. They won’t leave the business, because this is what they want from it.

So, it is a golden rule that you must not set false expectations: for example, you can’t tell people to join Numis because they’ll make thousands of dollars within the next 3 months just by sitting back and relaxing. First of all, anyone with some common sense won’t believe a word, and secondly, you’ll be setting wrong expectations and, as soon as they see what you promised is not going to happen, they’ll quit.

As for the people who would like to build their business, you need to support them all the way through the process of getting to know how Numis Network works, and again, just be fair in presenting all the information, do not let yourself carried away by too much enthusiasm and create in them expectations that are too high. As soon as they see they can’t fulfill them, you risk losing those Numis reps.

What you can do to help them succeed in their Numis business is first of all, continuously motivate them. Make them see the reasons why they can and should succeed rather than keep on focusing on why they are not so successful.

Also, retention of your Numis Network reps depends very much on if and how much you are able to get your downline to duplicate your results. Duplication means that whatever it is that you are doing to make your Numis business grow, they should be able to do it as well. So you need to explain to them very clearly and concisely what steps they need to take.

Do not allow newer Numis reps to get discouraged by the fact that they can’t explain the business to other people from the very beginning. They have your web resources, until they build their own, there are webinars and there are live meetings they can attend; they can always have people invited to see, read or listen to a variety of information.

And finally, do not try to push your Numis reps, to impose on them to do certain things – to attend meetings, for example, if they don’t want to. Try to motivate them but keep in mind that not all of them have the mindset for success, not all of them are made for an MLM business. Do not waste your time and energy on people who don’t have the determination to make it in the Numis Network business, as you’ll miss out the people who can succeed, and would, if you gave them some attention.

The name Numis Network has most probably reached your ears already, even if it is a new company. It is spreading fast, as people see the opportunity and just take it. Have you ever wondered what an opportunity offering both short-term earnings and a long-term, and a way to preserve wealth what would that plan look like? It has been said over and over that leads are the lifeblood of your business. If you are running an MLM business, you already know you can’t do without them. They are the people that will potentially form your downline and grow your business. They are essential. But if you still cannot manage to get the leads you need, it might be either because you are doing something wrong, or because you are using the wrong MLM lead generation system.

In fact, the bigger problem seems to be finding qualified leads, rather than just any leads. This is why purchasing leads from lead brokers and lead companies is most often not a good idea. You can read hundreds of stories on the internet written by people who experimented with this, usually at pretty high  costs, and got burnt.  If you buy your leads, you will most probably find the opportunity seeker type of leads rather than MLM leads. MLM leads are the type that are looking for a home based business and are interested in MLM, as they have previous knowledge about it. The other type is made up by people who just sign up for any opportunity that looks good. The only way to get an idea about what type of leads you will be getting from a company is to ask the company how they generate their leads. Of course, you’d need to check the company first, to see if they are a legitimate company and if they function legally.

In the best of cases, they would get you leads, even qualified MLM leads, but there is one problem that’s left though: the source is not infinite and forever-lasting. There is no guarantee it will be around for the next half-year, not to mention the length of time you’d need it to work for you.     

All of these lead us to the following obvious conclusion: learn how to generate your own leads! This will surely last for as long as you wish. Most importantly, the result will be a reliable MLM downline, who got there because they were interested in your business and/or product, and who will be able to generate more business.

By learning to generate your own free MLM leads, you will be sparing both time and money. Not to mention that you will be learning marketing skills in the process which will spare you the effort and (high) cost of hiring people to market for you.

Productive, handy and absolutely free internet lead generation methods include: video marketing (there are free websites like YouTube .com); blogs (you can set up a free blog); article marketing and press releases; social media (spending time on social networks is absolutely free).

We finally get to a method that is not free, but is certainly the most comprehensive of all: MLM marketing systems. Lead generation is just a part of these Marketing systems; marketing systems for MLM will usually offer several tools and methods for MLM lead generation, and most importantly, will also train you in utilizing them.

Qualified MLM leads are the key to your success. Being able to generate this “key” on your own is the equivalent of having control over the results of your business. If you are in an MLM business or thinking of joining one, it doesn’t matter which, how good it is, and even how good you are at it, your basic concern will always be to expand your team. It’s the only way to constantly increase your income. So you need to recruit new people to the business, and not only that, you have to recruit efficiently. Are you recruiting people from your everyday life? Or have you thought of online MLM recruitment? Most people would opt for the second in a flash. Let’s try to see why.

First of all, online MLM recruiting is far less expensive than any other recruitment method; think about how much money you’d have to spend on your phone bill, no matter if you’d be doing “warm calls” or if you’ve considered the outdated method of cold calling. Of course, you’ve already thought of organizing meetings, to spare you the effort of talking to one single person at a time; in this case, maybe…thirty? This means that you are already a tremendously successful person, if you (and your team perhaps) manage to get 30 people together at the same place and time, given everybody’s extremely busy schedule nowadays. Two hundred, five hundred, even one thousand or more people can visit your webpage and view your presentation in the same day. That is definitely some difference!
