Lets first discuss what a funded proposal is -  This is a way for you to direct someone to a capture page and or a page where someone can read a little about what you do and or offering them.  They then have the option of going ahead and entering some brief info typically name, email, and sometimes phone number.  This allows the site owner to build a list of people interested in what they are offering.  As this list gets bigger it will be something that becomes very valuable to the owner of that site.  They may have a sales page that the person is directed to and this will go through the entire offer explaining everything to allow the visitor to make an intelligent decision on whether they want to get involved or not.

The next phase is you build relations with that person on the list and by doing that you gain respect and then when you are ready to send them something that will be of value to them but maybe cost someone money they will then be willing to listen and in most cases buy the product being promoted.   This list if properly maintained and if you build a relationship with the list followers you will gain a major respect and people will truly be willing to purchase things you offer them.

The final piece of this funnded proposal is that you will be able to typically get paid over and over again as long as those people continue to use the services and or information you provide them through the list.

Now that I got that off my chest lets get down to business and learn some true proper skills.  I’ve learned from some of the best of the best in this industry and truly have come to realize that Network Marketing as whole is one the best vehicles for the average person to seriously become financially independent and allow the average person to reach their goals quicker and faster.  With the economy the way it is today this is something that we truly need if we are going to pull ourselves out of this mess we are in.

Let me tell you a quick story I’ve learned of the years that the main way to build your business in network marketing it through relationships.  You must first and foremost build a relation with the person you want on your team and here is a key that most forget.  You want someone that is going in your direction if they are not don’t try to convince them otherwise let them be.  Everyone must decide for themselves what and how they want to proceed and with what company.  There is no right or wrong in this industry if you love the company you are with and you are already getting great results that is fantastic I’m just here to give you some tips that might accelerate your success even more.  If you are reading this because you are struggling and or maybe looking for another company to get involved with whatever the case may be I hope this article will shed a little light on a better way to bring team members into your circle.

Now let’s talk about people and using social networking Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Ustream and how do you attract and separate yourself apart from the garbage this is a simple funded proposal, you need someway for them to be screened out someway for you to get to the laser targeted people that will allow you to have people chasing you people calling you, signing up even if while you are out playing and having fun a 24/7 Auto-pilot machine.  I mean this is so important and a must in this business if you truly want to build financial independence.  If you simply just lead off with your opportunity without building any kind of rapport how do you expect anyone to join you and this is the most common questions my clients and or students ask me why is no one joining my team.  What can I do to get more team members and every time I take on a new team member to teach the ropes I find they just simply need to have the proper skill set to build relations.  The right tools and marketing system as well as learning what attraction marketing is and how it will change how they think and feel about network marketing.

Next time you are talking with someone try to take the entire conversation by you asking pointed specific questions about them then simply sit back and listen for clues as to what is it they are looking for what is it they want and how can you help them.  With that said you will really find out that people truly will tell you everything you need or want to know about them if you simply listen more and talk less.  Ask questions and listen then periodically go for a close if the moment comes you’ll know if they are not interested move on that simple.
