I want you to imagine that you’re part of an MLM company that sells bottled water called

Turk potion (not a real company). However this isn’t any bottled water, the company that manufactures this water uses a revolutionary technology that makes this the purest water in the world! In fact, one sip of this water will quench your thirst. Drinking an entire 8 ounce bottle of this water will keep you fully hydrated for an entire week!

You obviously have a passion for this product and that’s why you joined the company because you realize this is a product that everybody wants. However you realize that people aren’t going to buy your bottled water unless you get out there and advertise it. So you decide the best place to market this water is in a desert full of people dying of thirst.

So you approach your first prospect and tell them about this fantastic and revolutionary water based on a breakthrough technology and he says “NOT INTERESTED”.

Here is what a salesman would do:
They would be shocked and appalled that this person wouldn’t want their turk water. After all they’re dying of thirst! You might even be personally offended because you have such a passion for this product. So you don’t give up and you keep following up with this person and trying to convince them why they need your water. You’re relentless and you don’t give up.

Here’s what a marketer would do.
They just say “okay” and move on to the next person who’s dying of thirst

You see marketing is all based on the numbers game and trying to get your message in front of as many people as possible, not your sales skill set. It’s the same concept used with all other forms of marketing such as TV commercials, radio ads, billboards, magazine ads, etc. It’s about looking for people who are already interested and letting the others go. The marketing term used is looking for low hanging fruit. Marketing is about sorting and not selling.

When you are prospecting and talking to a potential team member you’ll see that more than half of it just simply is giving your prospects an opportunity to change their minds because a great majority of it is just asking for a prospect’s commitment over and over again.

You see, it is the analogy of looking for low hanging fruit. When  connecting and putting people in front of your opportunity or on some webinar to learn more about what you and prospecting to hundreds of prospects per day, you only want to speak to people who already have a serious want or need for your products or services without you needing to convince them. The people who are serious and committed to what you have to offer will have the patience of listening to your prospecting presentations  in its entirety because they’re really looking for a solution.

If you were willing to spend only 2 to 3 hours per day using this type of prospecting and inviting 3 to 5 highly qualified prospects to your presentation call every single day, you’ll see that it’s highly possible to add 10 to 15 people per week into your business. Many people are afraid of the closing process and asking for the credit card number, but if you prospect right, closing will be a snap.

Marketing is all about numbers and sorting instead of selling. Marketing is about how fast you can blast your message in front of as many low hanging fruit as possible. If a person gives you much resistance during the prospecting side then you just let them go because your job is not to sell, it’s to sort as quickly as possible. What I’m teaching you to do is grow your business the exact same way million dollar businesses build theirs without actually spending millions of dollars.

The point that I’m trying to make is when prospecting you want to ask tons of questions and give a person the chance to say “No” or “Not interested” because if you’re setting a goal to invite 3 to 5 people per day to your presentation call or webinar you want those people to be low hanging fruit who are willing to buy after your presentation call is over. If you try to do it differently, you’re going to be frustrated at the end when nobody’s willing to whip out their credit card.

Below is an Interview I did with my Good Friend Jim Chao who is a Facebook Marketing Genius he has really got this down. He was visiting me recently and I was talking with him about some of his techiques and how he gets so many leads daily.  He went over everything with me step by step and man it is amazing.  See when it comes to marketing to be in the top 3% you seriously have to seperate yourself when it comes to branding this is something I teach on my blog in my coaching and to all my team members.  You want exposure Facebook is the way to get this exposure however it can also backfire on you if you don’t setup your account and abide by the rules of Facebook.   If you create value and attract people to you then you will find that your reputation will grow and you’ll gain followers, as well as people who will seriously want to listen to what you have to say and offer.

Jim also explained to me that the main things with regards to Facebook is so many people lead off with their MLM company and they just send out mass messages and post on walls all over the place which people get very annoyed with this technique and it doesn’t work period.  You must create you and then post value, tell about your family your lifestyle.  People want to know that you are real, honest and sincere in what you are doing and then and only then will you get people who will follow you on as a friend.  I’ll even go a step further with this it is not difficult to get friends especially since Facebook is so huge.  However to get those people to listen you must offer them something they want and need.    Facebook is like scrapbooking people love lifestyle, how your success is going and they want what you have but only if you create that value.

When setting up your Facebook you want to make sure first and foremost use your name or some form of it.  Don’t pick a name that is your company your are promoting that is not how to make Facebook work to your advantage it will weigh against you and you’ll end up instead of building your reputation in a positive way you’ll have the opposite effect.  You also want to make sure to have somewhere to send people like a blog where they can get training, value and or tips to grow their business.   The other thing we want to discuss is fan pages this is a must I think right out the gate so you can start to create that branding right away and especially if you have a blog start getting fans from there and from your facebook page itself.  This is a powerful tool when used right.

You want to spend about 30 mins a day minimum building up your account and building relations on their to gain friends, followers and fans alike.  Get a group setup this is so powerful along with your fan page all this tied together and with the proper skills you will seriously be able to explode your Facebook responses and leads.

Learning MLM secrets to success is not that difficult. You just have to have a focus. What could be that focus? It’s to succeed on the right path. Below are other guidelines that could really be of help for you to achieve success.

1.   Set your goals Your goals should be SMART! S-pecific, M-easurable, A-ttainable, R-ealistic and T-ime bounded. One more thing, do not just set goals. Instead, take steps to reach them.

2.Self-Knowledge Continue engaging yourself with something that could add up to your knowledge. If there’s something that hinders to your learning then deal with it first so that your learning process will be continuous. The more knowledgeable you are, the more you’ll succeed.

3. Keep yourself on track

-      Do something that will keep you motivated. Once you’ve started planning or setting your goals then there’s no turning back. You may list things that you should be doing then put a check on every accomplished step.

4. Know how to compensate yourself

-      Doing or giving yourself something for a step accomplished is good for it will help you to be more motivated to take the next step.

5. Be determined

-      There’s no doubt you will encounter obstacles along the way. But hey! Those are just to be taken as challenges. It should not hinder you to hit your goal. Bear in mind that determination overcomes obstacles.

6. Know how to promote

-      MLM is not just about how to build down lines. You also have to promote your MLM program. Make sure to spread the word. The more people who will be aware of your program and or product, the more leads you will have.

7. Invest more time

-      To be successful, you need to have time to be focused on your goals. Do not worry; your hard work will pay off in the end. You want success, right? Then make time for it!

8. Believe in what you do

-      You can achieve your success if you yourself believe in your program. You’ll have a hard time making others believe if you yourself don’t. So after setting your goals and working for it, believe in your hard work and achieve SUCCESS!

Learning the  MLM secret ways to success should start now. Yes! It should be started at this very moment. Do not fear success in your life. Instead be prepared and focused on it!
